Industrie Montali was founded in 1910 as a tomato concentrate transformation company which at the time was directly packaged in cans.

The evolution of tastes in the 100 years of life has been interpreted with the proposal of gravies, sauces and condiments derived from pure Italian tomato concentrate, without preservatives and colorants.
