Financial Support from the PR FESR 2021-2027 Emilia Romagna Fund – Call for Support to Female Entrepreneurship – Action 1.3.6

Project titled “IMPROVING THE PRODUCTION PROCESS TOWARDS AUTOMATING ACTIVITIES IN MONTALI INDUSTRIES.”

Thanks to the financial investment funded under the PR FESR 2021-2027 Emilia-Romagna Fund, Call for Support to Female Entrepreneurship – Action 1.3.6, it has been possible to improve business performance to better exploit the good market opportunities (both national and international) that have emerged in recent years, without neglecting the needs of its employees and the women within the company.

The investment plan specifically involved the purchase of an AUTOMATIC HORIZONTAL CARTONING MACHINE WITH ALTERNATING MOVEMENT. The implementation of the project has led to the following results:

• Increasing competitiveness in terms of the quality of the product offered on the market;
• Increasing automation in the production process;
• Introducing solutions capable of fostering the development of a working environment and organization that facilitates the reconciliation of work and family responsibilities.
